Load Balancer Restart Message

When upgrading ScaleArc versions, a message appears warning that ScaleArc will restart.
This message is implying that the ScaleArc "load balancing" service will need to restart. A reboot of the ScaleArc system itself is not necessary unless a kernel upgrade of the underlying OS was also done during the upgrade. See the release notes for the ScaleArc versions for kernel and OS upgrades.
