The following Alert message can be observed in the ScaleArc Alert Logs: ScaleArc Alert: Cleaning up Pooled connections

The Alert message indicates that ScaleArc has Cleaned connections from the pool to be made available to the connections waiting in the surge queue. In order to reduce the amount of connections in the surge queue we can try increasing the "Max Concurrent Server Connection" in the Edit Server Settings tab.
Please make sure the value of "Max Concurrent Server Connection" on ScaleArc should be set less than the value of the Max Server Connection on the Database Server. You can refer this KB Article for more information regarding how to change the value of Max Concurrent Server Connection from UI.
