How to Deal with SPAM Tickets in Deskpro?
In case a SPAM Email is sent to the support.scalearc.com Email ID a SPAM ticket is generated in Deskpro.
We can directly resolve such tickets using the following steps:
- Open the tickets and confirm if it is actually a SPAM.
- Go to the labels section in ticket properties and add label as "spam"
- No other information is to be populated.
- The ticket will be automatically set to RESOLVED state.
