The following Alert message can be observed in the ScaleArc Alert Logs: Closing Connection due to unexpected external event, Reason:'TCP RST recieved from client'

This error is triggered by a Closing of connection on the Cluster for an application session by the client. This happens due to either logoff/reboot or connectivity issue happened from the client to the Scalearc cluster or a Reset sent due to idle timeout. Session /connection can be resumed by re-establishing connectivity and thus opening a new connection.
